New features for better connecting with your prospects.

The latest features for Productlift, including Badge Selection, Automatic Alerts, and Notification Log, makes engaging with prospects that much better.

Badge Selection

We learned a lot about what our users define as buying intent actions. Specifically, the ability to fine-tune when badges are triggered to better identify those high-engagement users.

We’re happy to deliver our new custom badging settings where you can set which actions trigger badges and the thresholds that signal high-engagement.

Automatic Alerts

A big new addition to simply your workflow are Automatic Alerts. When a user achieves a badge, the team members following that lead with receive a slack and in-app alert.

Along with being alerting, we’ve also included the ability to write custom messages for these alerts so you can share more context as to next steps. For example, when a user receives a badge, the custom message could be written to inform the salesperson of the next steps in their playbook.

Notification Log

As notifications come in, it’s helpful to have an easy way to keep them organized. So we’ve added a new notification log to easily view all your triggers and alerts in a simple format, right within the Productlift.
